New IM client a joy to use
Digsby Beta has been around for a little while now, but the latest version adds a lot more useability and stability to the already massive array of features.
In the same vain as Trillian or Pidgin, it takes all your IM accounts and gives you one point of access, but it does so much more besides. It also allows you to connect to your Facebook, twitter or myspace networks and you popular web or standard pop mail too.
Giving alerts on top of any screen you’re in to avoid cross typing, it also eases the disruption many of us face when homing from work - it also looks stunning too.
But probably it’s most useful feature is the ability to bury a widget inside a webpage to allow your users (you guys) to chat with me directly to my client without you having to log in at all!
